I work focused and with a purpose, however, the picture may well change during the process. Sometimes I paint over the picture, but with the aim of (re)using it partially for a new picture.
An interesting picture may result from changes during the process – I have in fact tried this a couple of times with great succes.
The big plans I had when I was young did not fall through, but as the years passed, I have had many exhibitions all over the country, both at galleries and companies. This has resulted in a large network of interesting, nice and fun people which is very valuable for me - and for this I am very grateful and happy.
When art requires explanation, there is always something fishy about it.
